Can I put plants on my patio?2021-04-27T18:10:45-07:00

Yes, you can have plants on your patio as long as each plant has a saucer underneath it to collect excess water.

The reason is that water sitting underneath a pot causes damage to the wood.

The owner will be charged the cost of fixing it, plus a fine of $100.

Can I post a flyer on the mailboxes?2021-03-15T18:00:44-07:00

Do I need approval to put in new windows?2021-03-09T10:08:33-08:00

Absolutely! Architectural requests are usually approved for new windows as long as they are the same size as the old windows, open and close the same way as the old ones, and are white vinyl. But your request has to be approved first. If the Homeowner’s Association learns that you put in new windows without getting approval first, you will have to remove them at your own expense.

Basically, the new windows need to look just like the old windows, except they have white vinyl instead of aluminum.

Refer to the Architectural Guidelines for a more complete description.

They are located at the bottom of the Home Page, “Architectural Forms & Guidelines”.
