Yes, you can have plants on your patio as long as each plant has a saucer underneath it to collect excess water.
The reason is that water sitting underneath a pot causes damage to the wood.
The owner will be charged the cost of fixing it, plus a fine of $100.
No, it is not allowed to post any notices in the common area.
Construction can take place from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Saturday. No construction work is allowed Sundays or holidays.

Absolutely! Architectural requests are usually approved for new windows as long as they are the same size as the old windows, open and close the same way as the old ones, and are white vinyl. But your request has to be approved first. If the Homeowner’s Association learns that you put in new windows without getting approval first, you will have to remove them at your own expense.
Basically, the new windows need to look just like the old windows, except they have white vinyl instead of aluminum.

If it is after 5 pm, Monday – Thursday; after 3 pm on Friday; or the weekend, dial 310/294-5370, choose option 0 (zero) so your call will be directed to a live-person answering service who will contact the Bali Manager who’s on-call.
