Harbour Pacific

If you look at the map below, the buildings around the outside of the complex are the one-bedroom units, for example, unit numbers 16842, 16942, 17002. The studios are on the inside of the complex, for example, 16912 & 16922, 16932 & 16952.

Harbour Pacific is a 234-unit complex built in 1972. The complex covers two city blocks (about six acres) on Pacific Coast Highway. The nearest cross street is Coral Cay. There are fifteen buildings on the “Northside” (technically west) of Coral Cay and fifteen buildings on the “Southside” (technically east) of Coral Cay. Sunset Beach, Bolsa Chica State Beach, & Huntington Beach are south-facing beaches. Beach information can be found on the city’s website Beach Information.

Our complex consists of studios and one-bedroom units. The studios are roughly 400 – 500 square feet. The one-bedrooms are approximately 700 – 800 square feet.

If you’re familiar with the beach, then you know that parking is at a premium. We are lucky to have one assigned carport per unit. There are approximately eighty visitor parking spaces on each side of the complex, too. Each homeowner receives one visitor parking pass.

There are four extra carport spaces, which are rented to homeowners. The spots do not come up for rent very often, but if you’d like to have your name added to the waitlist, click here.

Each condominium is owned by an individual homeowner, so there isn’t a central place to look for rentals or sales. Although there isn’t a manager on-site, there is a management company to help the Board of Directors and that takes care of the day-to-day operations at Harbour Pacific. Bali Management can be reached at (310) 294-5370 and our site manager at Bali can be emailed at [email protected].
